Back Home Again
I am here, in Michigan, once again. Nothing like a refresher course on traffic in major metropolitan areas to remind me why I fell in love with Ann Arbor.
The wetland waters have receded and the grasses are starting to green up and grow taller. It's interesting to watch the transformation, as we weren't here this time last year.
With luck, life will settle down a little now and I'll have some time to attend to the yard and plants, get out birdwatching and shooting photos, and just enjoy the nice weather and scenary.

it's always a good feeling to sleep in your own bed again :) I haven't viewed much of Ann Arbor except for the hospital (have been going down there for 7 months for a rare eye disease) but what I have viewed is very beautiful and I don't hold my breath there like I do in some larger cities. Maybe when I'm feeling better we could meet at the 'arb'.. it's by the hospital I guess and alot of folks bird there- I've been too ill to do that yet, but hopefully that will change.
(I love your pussy willow and cardinal photos! what a bright male, ours are so shy I rarely get them in my viewfinder)
Sounds like a plan, Cindy - My office is walking distance of the Arb, and I really haven't taken advantage of its proximity.
