Is anyone else watching the Planet Earth series on the Discovery Channel? Five minutes into the first episode I had decided to buy the DVD as soon as it's available.

I stopped by my son's room the other day and he was watching Planet Earth. I watched a little with him and made a mental note to try to remember to watch it when it was on again--but I've been busy and forgot. I think I will end up buying it as well. The photography is beautiful.
Yes indeed! We have it on TiVO and watch episodes as a family. We just finished watching the Jungle episode. It's amazing.

I can't wait until it's available on DVD! I've got the entire Attenbourough series and this one is phenomenal.. it confirms what I already felt.. that we live in a truly magical world.
Hi, Cindy - I also have The Life of Birds and also Winged Migration on DVD. This is a good reminder that I haven't watched them since we moved here, so it may be time to pull them out again.
